Ok, so you're gay. Where is YOUR anger?

I adore Harvey Fierstein. He always seems to find the words that most of us WISH we could say. The older I get, the more I believe Harvey is a sage among men. I like his fire. I like his courage. I especially like that he makes it plainly spoken, as to why is is so important for us all, as GLBT people, to stop hiding in the shadows and to come out of that miserable closet. There is strength in our numbers. It is easy to run down the silent, hidden minority. It's quite a different thing when we come out and put a face on being "non-straight".
